Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 295 website (295.run) and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines and policies that may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
Use of the 295 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 295 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 295 platform. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 295 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is truthful, including your full name, email address, and any other details requested.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 295 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account information secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the available support channels.
Identity verification may be required before certain withdrawals or financial activities can be processed. This is a standard security measure to protect users' interests.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 295 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX and supported e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and will be displayed in the deposit or withdrawal section of your account.
Deposit
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 295 is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including disruptions from banks or third-party payment providers. Minimum deposit limits apply and can be reviewed within the platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take some time. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or payment method that has been verified and registered in the same user's name. 295 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a terms violation may be held pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by 295 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and withdrawal limits. Misuse of bonuses or any attempt to exploit promotions may result in bonus forfeiture and further action against the account.
